  • Sole Android developer responsible for building the Pok Pok Android app from the ground up by integrating the existing Unity project into a new multi-module Compose KMP architecture and successfully launching it on both Google Play and the Amazon Appstore for 500k+ users. The app was then converted for iOS using KMP.
  • Responsible for everything growth-dev related for the Android application, including customizable onboarding, payment processing, AB testing, cross-platform synchronization and more.
  • Introduced and integrated multiple third party libraries to improve cross-platform processes and achieve our KPIs: Firebase, RevenueCat, Singular, MailChimp, MixPanel and more.
  • Contributed to the creation of the web app which allow users to purchase and manage their web account using: React/Typescript, Stripe, Vercel, Sanity, Firebase, RevenueCat.
  • Worked closely with teams across the company - including Product, Marketing, Customer Service and CRM - to identify their needs as well as propose and implement effective solutions.
  • Laid the foundation for marketing tracking by implementing tools such as CAPI, Facebook Pixel and Singular.
  • Introduced AI as a tool (Claude and Copilot) to the team, establishing developer-supervised workflows that boosted overall productivity.
  • Initiated the development of custom internal solutions after identifying key operational inefficiencies, such as the lack of an onboarding previewer and a centralized customer support admin website.
